Whilst fighting our way through the dreaded stages of lockdowns, go to work, don’t go to work, COVID impacted hundreds of thousands of people and companies (a time never to be forgotten) although we couldn’t be at work we were continuing to deal with existing customer questions and managing to complete their builds with minimal staff and still dealing with new clients from afar via email and telephone. Lets be honest home offices and places for relatives to stay become more sort after than ever.
Through the initial stages of lockdown we were contacted by Glen & sue, who were looking to create a workshop and office at their home premises a 4 bay 2 storey Cartlodge consisting of workshop space on ground level and small office to 1st floor. Planning was required so that gave us a good starting point. Once final plans were drawn up and approved by the customers it was then the waiting game. January 2021 plans were approved and off to work we went, footings started, raft constructed, frame delivered and installed, roof tiled, joinery made and fitted. Once the building was watertight we then worked closely with Glen and his desires for the internal spec. They were discussed and achieved.
It was a pleasure working with Glen & Sue, the project was completed smoothly, customer relationships forged and the client couldn’t of been happier with our team and service (see pictures below of the finished product)
