In September 2023, Glen & Sue contacted us with a new idea and decided that they would love to have a heated indoor swimming pool, they looked no further and chose The Cartlodge Company to bring their vision to life. This was started in November 2023 and threw up various challenges (mainly the weather and what appeared to be the wettest in history!) digging out foundations through this time was frustrating and long for both the customers and the team. Communication was key and luckily for us these customers are the absolute best type!
Understanding and patient, while we continued on where we could. Eventually tides turned and we were able to move the project forward. We carried out a full turnkey service on this project with various sub-contractors and working the diaries to match timescales at each stage required. Once the build was completed we continued working with Glen and Sue with their internal spec choices and laid resin walkways and various landscaping schemes to leave behind a beautiful and timeless creation, that they are absolutely in love with and are using the pool on a daily basis.
